   I’ve never used one of these gizmos before. Can anyone tell me how (or if) it would work with another brand router (read: Linksys)?

   How exactly does this gizmo hook up to the router? Is it via an ethernet port?

   “Look at the tech specs tab [on the product page] You need to make sure you have the same connector and your router manual should tell you what connector the router uses.”
