This might just be the coolest thing I’ve ever seen. I used to have a dog that ALWAYS scratched the heck out of the back door. It was like I was in a race to the back door so he didn’t destroy it with his paws. Of course it was fruitless to run because over time the door was a MESS. I painted it just about every month. I now live in Florida and I’ve noticed how many people have paw prints all over their sliding glass doors from the floor up to about 3 feet. What a pain to clean. I’m sure this will solve that problem as well!

This is the Pet Paw Doorbell Chime for $23 and you can get extra paws for extra doors for $12 each. Everytime your dog needs to go out (after the scratching i’m sure), you use their paw and press the pad so the chime rings. Over time, your dog WILL learn this and stop the scratching.

NOTE: Make sure you read the reviews but they are posted under the additonal paws here and not the main set here. Just a little error im sure and for some reason at the main set, they don’t show a picture unless you click “See larger picture”. By the reviews, it looks like the set will last about 2 years or so which isn’t bad considering the cheap price. Nothing will last forever especially when your dog is beating on it 4 times a day!
