When I had my townhouse in Atlanta, the attic was basically unuseable space because there was no friggin flooring. I had those pull down stairs with only a 2ft.X3ft. opening, so in order to put flooring down, I was going to have to cut the plywood in small pieces. Even an 8ft strip cut to 2ft wide wouldn’t fit because it would hit the roof when bringing it into the attic. What a PITA. I didn’t even bother to attempt it. This cool flooring system allows you to interlock the squares and build your own floor in small pieces. What an awesome idea! Wish they had this when I was living in my townhome… They cost about $45 for a set of 8 at A Trendy Home (which is a great site by the way), and they are the same price at Amazon.com.
