This is a video-capture-only card, not a graphics card, so you still need your regular graphics card in your computer. Reviews of AscendTech seem to be good, although I’ve never purchased from them. This TV card is compatible with all good Tivo-like PC software on the market including Snapstream for $43 (free shipping with $20 rebate). If you want to go all out, you’ll need to get the Firefly PC Remote which also happens to be on sale for $36 (free shipping with $10 rebate). The Firefly is cool because you can control anything on your computer with it including your speakers. All three will only cost you $159!
